Surgery date is getting closer!

Well our surgery date is getting closer! My husband and I are both have the sleeve weight loss surgery done in November. On Monday night I had my sleep study done. I usually dont have a problem falling asleep, but it felt like it took forever while I was at the study. I was glad to be back at home in my own bed last night! It has been hitting me the last few days that its actually getting closer. September is half over! Its almost October and then November will be here! Last night I was thinking about surgery and reading over the info in my WLS binder from the Dr's office again. Im feeling a little anxious about surgery, just because well its surgery. I am excited about thinking of what will come after surgery(besides the huge change in diet, food lifestyle, etc). A healthier me and a healthier husband! I have one more appointment with the nutrionist. I think one or two more weight checks with the nurse. I think I am caught up on everthing else I had to do/schedule,etc. Then we will have our pre-op diet to start when we get a little closer. We have been enjoying our fall colors! We live in an area with beautiful fall colors! My daughter(she is almost 3) and I have been taking the dog for walks on some local ski trails. Its just been great fall weather! It has always been one of my favorite times of the year to go horseback riding. I do a lot of trail riding, well the last couple years I havent since having a baby and then this summer I was working a bit so I havent much this year either. But once I lose this weight I wont have to feel guilty that I weigh 315 lbs and worry that it might be too much for my horse. Fall is the perfect time of year to ride, its not too hot, the bugs have gone away and the colors are so gorgeous! I cant wait to lose and get back into riding all the time! We now have two horses, my husband bought back my first horse this spring from the people I sold her to a couple of years ago. She is now my daughters horse. She is a great horse, shes 27 this year and will be a great horse for my daughter, not to mention she means a lot to me! Im looking forward to lots of fun! Have a great day!
